On February 2, 2021, the guiding opinions of the State Council on accelerating the establishment and improvement of a green low-carbon circular development economic system pointed out that it is necessary to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the second, third, fourth and fifth plenary sessions of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, comprehensively implement the idea of ecological civilization Green investment, green construction, green production, green circulation, green life and green consumption will enable development to be based on efficient utilization of resources, strict protection of the ecological environment and effective control of greenhouse gas emissions, promote high-quality development and high-level protection, establish and improve the economic system of green and low-carbon circular development, ensure the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutral goals, and promote China's green development to a new level.

The carbon footprint of products and services refers to the quantification of greenhouse gas emissions in the whole cycle of products and services, and the results are expressed in the form of CO2 equivalent. According to the quantification results, the products are labeled with carbon labels.
