NOA participated in building Iraq's Block 9 crude oil central processing facility, with successful oil commissioning.
NOA became an IECEE-authorized CB Testing Laboratory (CBTL); a designated lab for mandatory certification of lithium-ion batteries for e-bikes; joined China Oral Care Products Industry Association; was listed in the Customs' Imported Garment Inspection Accredited Institutions Directory; joined the International Alliance for Homestay Service Certification; its industrial base project was included in Minhang District's 2024 major projects; won Shanghai's 2024 "Specialized, Refined, Characteristic and Novel" enterprise title. DCI also won the same Shanghai title. NOA- BJ was named a 2024 "High-Tech Enterprise".
